Custom icon for ruler faith after reforming for now only the roman and celtic religions. (side info below)
As much is hard coded, the color of the laurel and staff of the roman coa so it will both be black with
different background color as it is randomized.
For the celtic it doesn't matter that much as the color of the tree and background isn't a real problem.
