Updated to 3.9.2

- Added three new weapon component sets which are divided into three categories:

Cybertronian Weapons

- These weapons are only available to cybertronian empires but can be reverse-engineered by other empires.
- Some cybertronian weapons require energon as a resource cost.
- All cybertronian missiles and torpedoes are equipped with shields.

1. Neutron Autocannons (S-M): Kinetic autocannons with increased effectiveness against shields.

2. Ion Displacer (L): Energy weapon with a high fire-rate. Good against shields and armor.

3. Seeker Missiles (S): Small missiles with high accuracy and speed.

4. Particle Combustion Cannons (S-L): Kinetic particle cannon. Effective against armor.

5. Nucleon Shock Cannon (L): Energy weapon that fires a powerful energy missile. Highly effective against armor and hull.

6. Glass Gas Cannon (XL): Based on Cliffjumper's weapon. Highly effective against armor and severely negating its effectiveness. Ineffective against shielded targets.

7. Thermo Rocket Launcher (L): Large swarm missile launcher

8. Photon Missile Launcher (Torp): Powerful, but slow heavy ordinance torpedo.

9. Null-Ray Cannon (XL): Based on Starscream's signature weapon. Highly effective against shields and possesses full shield penetration. Ineffective against armor.

10. Fusion Cannon (XL): Based on Megatron's signature weapon. Highly effective against most defenses.

11. Warp Cannon (T): High-damage heavy artillery energy weapon. Highly effective against most defenses. Long windup time.

12. Autobot/Decepticon Strike Craft: Heavy strike craft made up of Aerialbots and Seekers that fight in robot mode during battle.

Energon Weapons
- Available after researching the Energon tech tree. Requires Energon as a resource cost.

1. Energon Laser Point-Defense (PD): Energy point-defense weapon
2. Energon Laser (S-L): Energy beam weapon
3. Energon Cannon (S-L): Energy plasma weapon
4. Energon Particle Beam Cannon (L): Energy lance

Dark Energon Weapons
- Available after researching the Dark Energon tech tree.
- Requires Dark Energon as a resource cost.
- All Dark Energon weapons are slightly more powerful than their energon/cybertornian counterparts and each weapon possesses innate armor penetration due to the corruptive effects of Dark Energon. While effective against armor and hull, some of these weapons may struggle more against shields.

1. Dark Energon Laser Point-Defense (PD): Energy point-defense weapon
2. Dark Energon Laser (S-L): Energy beam weapon
3. Dark Energon Cannon (S-L): Energy Plasma Cannon
4. Dark Energon Shard Cannon (L): Crystal Launcher that fires Dark Energon shards.
5. Dark Energon Particle Beam Cannon (L): Energy lance
6. Dark Energon Torpedo (Torp): High-damage energy torpedo
7. Dark Energon Null-Ray Cannon (XL): EMP-style energy weapon. Highly effective against shields.
8. Dark Energon Fusion Cannon (XL): Energy weapon based off of Megatron's Fusion Cannon.
9. Dark Energon Warp Cannon (T): Artillery energy weapon based off the Warp Cannon emplacements from FOC.

Note: Current weapon stats are not final and are subject to change over time based on feedback.

Other Changes:
- Fixed an issue that allowed Autobot leaders to retain the Matrix of Leadership ruler trait after they are removed as rulers to prevent multiple leaders from having the trait.
- Fixed several misc. error log issues.

Updated to 3.9

- Added a new cybertronian sub-trait:

Gigantronian - Up-scaled cybertronians from the colony world of Gigantion.

- Increases army health, engineering research, planet building speed at the cost of increased energon upkeep, housing usage, and slower pop assembly.

- Offers increased alloy, energy, and mining resource production on cybertronian, city, and artificial worlds. However, they will suffer an increased pop housing usage on other planets.

- Added a new system start: Gigantion with a special planetary deposit: Gigantion city that replaces the typical cybertronian city deposits.

- Gigantronians have a special decision to add Gigation City deposits on Cybertronian, Machine, or City worlds that increase planet size, housing, max district size, and industrial district speed. Can only use this decision two times on a planet.

Other Changes

- Changed the Velocitronian trait icon

- Added an Insecticon namelist

- Fixed several issues with event triggers

Updated the starting technology for cybertronian empires:

- Removed the droid workers requirement for Vehicon army research which prevented Vehicon gestalt empires from getting the technology.

- Fixed an issue that prevented gestalt cybertronians from getting starting cybertronian technology.

- Cybertronian starts will now have the cybermatter harvester research and building unlocked at the start of the game.
