- Fixed an issue that caused selecting a city set to crash the game in the empire setup.

- Fixed an issue with the cybertronian city district being set as the default city district for other empires.

Bugfixes:

- Fixed an issue that prevented the various cybertronian faction barracks from upgrading to the advanced barracks.

- Fixed an issue with missing Autobot Titan army types after researching the Autobot Titans tech research.

- Updated the cybertronian faction headquarters to now have planetary ftl inhibitors.

- Updated the Great Upgrade ascension perk to incorporate the leader changes made from the recent expansions.

- The Great Upgrade will now properly update cybertronian pops that use the machine trait when transitioning to either downsize or transtech upgrades.

- Added the machine trait for the cybertronian machine portrait set.
