Hotfix: Reinforced Carbon-Carbon was incorrectly categorized as Other instead of Ceramic.

• Changed some materials’ element count so that their sum is 1 (this prevents high element count materials, e.g. spider silk, from having too much gamma radiation shielding properties, and allowed me to reduce their cost somewhat).
• Prevented explosives from being valid radiator surface finishers.
• Prevented fissiles from being valid structural materials.
• Corrected some typos in material properties.
• Tweaked costs.
• Fixed an issue that would make the game silently generate a crash log. If you've ever used this mod before this update, every time you booted the game while subscribed to this mod a new crash log was generated in %AppData%\Roaming\CDE\Crashes. If there are no crash logs you're interested in keeping, you can delete that folder. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Fixed tracers (that I broke previously), changed Sodium liquid properties with realistic ones (sourced) and changed Human cost from 20600 c/kg to 2725 c/kg.
