Back in business. Quick clearing update to Genesis 9.0. Removed errors and messy references.

Genesis fixes for 8.1.4. Renamed one crafting station (crossbow bolts to crossbow parts). Removed 25 messy, old references.

Completely rewrote almost the entire research tree to, hopefully, make it more immersive and less gamey, if I can say that.

Started checking dialogues for inconsistencies, missing punctuation marks and other errors. 74 dialogue lines for now. Not much, but it's a start.
