Patched all the food with their proper types, and added environmental debuffs to Starry Seas. The Nebulathite Helm now also has an immunity to darkness, that helps cover the natural darkness occurring in Starry Seas.

Added the "Gentle Aetheric Atmosphere" biome effect, specific to Starry Planets. This works like a watered-down version of the "Mild Aetheric Atmosphere" present on Aetheric Worlds and Aether Seas, and requires only 20% Cosmic resistance (24% at night) to prevent any negative effect.

Added the missing equipments of Starry Planets v1.3 (Shield, Staff), and resorted everything under the correct tabs.

Added all equipment recipes to the Armory. Also Throwing Stars under the first tab.
