Since Peace is almost always an option, I made another scoring change:
-The score condition is now given by the module instead of being hard-coded.

Countries with word specific rules now uses RegEx:
-EX: Morse Code and Morsematics are now both accepted by Liberia
-EX: Square Button and The Pentabutton are now both accepted by Senegal

Senegal's rule was changed from "WIRES" to "WIRE"
