-"Fixed" missile type weapons not firing on some grids.

-Reduced the ACIM tier 3 threshold to 100 grids down from 150.

The f-10s in planetary encounters seem to be freezing after spawn. This is not intentional.

-Enabled the stealth cruiser space encounter and added a tier 3 variant. Apparently it was still spawning despite my restrictions put upon it. So I guess it is now intentionally enabled? It spawns in space player known areas.

-Added a jump away response to the Shadow Alpha Stealth Cruiser and Javelin when enough damage has been done to them.

-Added back in the Javelin to the space reinforcement group.

-Removed the proprietary blocks. Wanted to reduce the resources given by ACIM grids due to them being so numerous in the past. Resource balancing should be left to the world owners anyway. So this has been disabled. It also means that ACIM grids are a bit more usable now if captured.

-Other behaviour changes.

-Disabled player known are spawn on detection by installations. They are meant to only detect the player, not spawn the attack group also. They will still spawn a group to reinforce them if attacked but it should only be the one group. Not two.
