-Fixed some absurd chat ranges on starting spawns that had nothing to do with you.

-I have made the changes to keep up with Vanilla Weapon replacement by Nukeguard. Ranges were reverted to vanilla values for vanilla weapons. All encounters will behave a little differently now. This is a good thing though tbh. It has varied the weapon requirements for ACIM. These changes will remain even if he reverts his values. You can take or leave Vanilla Weapon Replacement for Weaponcore from this point (But I still recommend it due to performance, visuals and weaponcore specific functionality). Should start seeing a broader use of weapons as a result.
-Starting with the Incinerator Destroyer. Replaced static rockets with MK1 Batteries.
-Other xml/behavioural changes.

-Added the Warden Corvette to planetary troop supply "boss" spawngroups.
-Added a 1000 threat planetary troop transport "Boss" spawn. Destroying all targets minus the Drakkens Removes 26 Planetary IP from ACIM. The 500 and 1000 threat encounters use the new waypoint system from Rival AI. Other encounters will eventually be getting proper formations themselves but Rival ai waypoint commands are being a little fickle atm. >.< This waypoint system will prevent many collisions and crashes.
-I have also reduced the time it takes ACIM grids to generate IP. Down from 1 IP per 5 minutes to 1 IP per 3 minutes.
-Other xml/behavioural changes.

-Space Recon Ships, Space Recon Probes and Space Player known area spawns enabled. I unknowingly disabled all of these so for anyone building in space this is why it has been quiet. >.<
-Got some optimisations in for behaviours associated with aforementioned spawns.
-Current space fleet compositions are lacking proper formations atm. I will be fixing this in the coming days.
