-Recon craft no longer drop probes when they spawn in. They now drop probes only after they have detected the player.
-Probes and the new satellite for planets are now used to spawn in spawngroups into player known area zones. This should mean more attacks by ACIM. Could be slightly too much atm but we will see how it goes. If you are in a game where ACIM has a lot of IP then expect frequent attacks. Satellites do not start spawning enemies until 800+ player threat. Spawngroups still also use the regular MES Cargoship/Space Cargo ship spawn settings so will still spawn if they are chosen from the eligible spawn groups, ontop of the new satellite/probe direct spawning.
-Planetary Recon ships now spawn in Satellites when they detect the player.
-Changed the tier 2 space recon ship The Picket to the Challenger.
-Recon ships no longer give ACIM IP when detecting the player.

I have noticed lately with RIval ai that ships occasionally do not load their behaviours. I do not know what causes this exactly but something may have happened with Rival AI during an update. Will see how this goes and may need to think of something else.

I recommend deleting your ACI-Rival completely and redownloading every update or so. Some people have been using old versions without realising it.

I also recommend deleting all ACI-Rival Grids currently in your games if there are any.

One other note is that if you have too many MES spawngroups you may not see my spawngroups as they are rather numerous. Might need to scale them back but I will see how things go first with the new spawning methods.

-Fixed an issue with Sector Defence station conditions. Hopefully they should fire their M-8s now.

-Gave the Incincerator (Shields) another MK1 Battery.
-Gave the Javelin Carrier its weapons back and a reactor.
-Standardised F-11, B-9, FR-4 and F12 behaviours. A newer command function has made certain behaviours of mine redundant. Thank God. And Lucas.
-Behaviours of all grids above plus the Javelin Carrier have had behaviour improvements.
-Forgot to add this in earlier notes but Supply Groups/Staging Points have had their encounter rate reduced greatly. They also now have limits based on their threat. The Highest threat of these encounters currently only goes up to 1000. Higher threat variants will be coming.
-Planets will be getting a similar treatment as above soon.

-Added a 3.1k threat encounter to Space Player Known Areas. This is the first encounter that utilises Defence Shields by Darkstar.
-Changed the way the Retribution Cruiser behaves. It will no longer snipe, it will close the distance and use all its weapons instead. Why I thought all that firepower should go to waste over 2 battle cannons I have no idea.
-Retribution/Incinerator/F-11/F-b's should fly a little more organised now.
-Fixed Warden/Drakken/Khalix spawns on planets. They should no longer spawn on top of each other.
-Changed targeting so spawngroups will no longer pursue low value grids, such as a drop pod. If they do please let me know.
-Fixed some grids losing power.

Thank you to Sin_Loki for discovering some issues that should be fixed in this update.

Shields will be added to most 3k+ threat spawn groups from this point.

-Changed certain trigger conditions so that grids do not fill chat with talk of reinforcements arriving when they have not arrived. A change that was meant to go out with the new ACIM IP requirement on reinforcement spawns yesterday. Grids will still send chat messages calling for reinforcements and say their usual lines, which may be ignored depending on ACIM IP. That being the ACIM Faction actually having enough IP to spawn the reinforcement group itself.
