Added missing spotlight inside of subway-sewer room at the top of the stairs.
Fixed incorrect spotlight position above drug dealer spawn.
Fixed decal not being flush in main water tunnel.
Fixed invalid vertex in plaza street.
Packed missing texture outside of duck house.
