REVERT - Version 2.0
-Reverted back to version 2.0 due to game crashing whenever character's worldmodel got hit by boomer vomit.

Version 2.1:
-Disabled custom hitbox locations so that the hitboxes are located in the absolute spots of the original surivvor.

Version 2.0: *Welcome to the new world, Roy!*
-Replaced the entire worldmodel with a new, fully re-rigged one. He now looks buffer and better! (Plus he wields weapons properly now!)
-Fully redone face flexes
-Fixed incap, death, smoker drag, and pounce animations
-Replaced the clunky, low-poly viewmodel arms with a buffer, thicker version of the current overhauled one.

-Darkening s_panel icon again, this time, now, it blends with the other survivors better.

Version 1.1:
-Scaled Roy's large size (5' 9") to his correct 5' 1".
-Fixed a few unweighted vertices along his belly's sides
-Fixed (for the most part) they way the worldmodel wields melee weapons
-Decreased the brightness of the panel icon, so that it blends with the default survivors better
-Increased the lobby icon's resolution, fixing pixelated icon problem
-Fixed the oversized wristbands on the viewmodel
