The "General Amsel is Running!" Update.

Fixed PTRD magazinewell to prevent it from firing RPG-42 rockets. Since it is a launcher, it cannot fire bullets either.
Fixed PTRS naming.
Added the PTRS-41M, chambered in 12.7x114mm Unified.
Fixed PTRS-41 weight.

SV-117: SV-338 rechambered in 11.7x88mm Russian.
SV-1025: SV-338 rechambered in 10.25x97mm Spetsnaz.
OSV-2020: OSV-96 rechambered in the very powerful 14.5x132mm TsKIB cartridge.

TKB-0145K: Lightweight, semi-only version of the SVU-A in 6x49mm Unified.
SVDK-8.6: SVDK rechambered in .338 Lapua Magnum.

Changes:
Rechambered the SVDK-338 in Norma Magnum. Moved Lapua Magnum to the SVDK-8.6.
