-removed wraith gunners from Castle Drachenfels landmark (Barrow Legion - unit was Overpowered and was out of place)
- balanced recruit cost of Skeletal Mage & Shadowmancer, player now cannot have it too easily from raise dead

- solved bug for Vampire Counts faction, where palyers could only build once the new buildings.
- same bug solved for Vlad & Isabella with Mortal Military regiments.

Further balance for Ordo Draconis:

- reduce damage of Ordo Draconis specific blood dragon heros & lords to be on pair with vanilla lords & heroes
- reduce damage of Ordo Draconis specific units t obe on pair with chaos knight/chosens rather than lords & heroes.

- Plague Master: last variant of cultist units (poison granade thrower infantry)
- Sylvanian Knight (Scythe): Elite armored scythe infantry based on Sylvania lore.

Content:

- Nerfed Ordo Draconis. Still elite faction, but to a point where the faction is killable, reasonable.
For full experience if you use OvN, then switch off "Blood Dragon" part for OvN in mod configuration tool.

- Mannfred & Vlad is able to recruit basic skeleton units without bone piles.

- Added few new elite units to Mannfred:
The Elite units are Vampire roster and all can be requirted from Vampire Bulding chain.
These are:
Carstein Guard (Sword & Shield): Vampire infantry for Mannfred with limited recruit in campaign.

Carstein Guard (2h axe): anti infantry version of Carstein Guard for Mannfred with limited recruit in campaign.

Carstein Guard (Halberd): halberd variant of Carstein Guard.

Coven Throne: Lhamian Vampire "mortis engine" variant.

Carstein Skyreavers: Manticore rider Carstein Guards.

Soul Reapers: Carstein Scythe Horsemen.

Carstein Outriders: Carstein Gaurd "horse riflemen" variant.

Note Carstein Gaurds are somwhere equal level to "Chaos Chosen".

Please notee that these are still WIP units.

Also in cusotmer battle there are a few WIP units for Vlad, but do not use them as they might cause CTD.

Units ofr Vlad will be: 3 variants of Drakenhof Templars and the Templars of Red Death.

Human Roster will contain two new units:
A cultist unit will be in the roster, the "Plague Masters"
As well from the Sylvanian army roster the "full plate scythe" infantry of Sylvania will be added.

Next update will finalize these units.

- added dark pegasus riders

- added sylvanian great cannon
- changed Sylvania Generals Pegasus to Dark Pegasus
- Sylvanian Generals now have character battle skill set that empowers Mortal Regiments in Sylvanian General's army.
- changed cultist pistolier ammo to burning ammo
