- merged improvements from build 940 beta:
: added precise quarter-mile time variables for SL1 cars
: fixed generated "Badge GTO" bot car name shown as "Badge '67"
: fixed generated bot cars could have random different colored parts
(useful for "Valo City Stuff - Generated Club Cars")
