-Fixed a graphics glitch with the red ground ground
-Fixed red ground creeping up on slopes
-Prevented sand voxel from appearing on high slopes

-Still felt like weather is too rare -> made it ~twice as common (hope this does is)
-Changed a texture for the red flats: makes em look a bit nicer and should fix a graphics glitch with ao
-Increased density of bushes

-changed weather slightly:
-> more sandstorms in deep desert
-> less in more northern areas

-fixed another bug with the weather (prevented weather from spawning on plateaus)
-added another cloud layer from space for increased sexyness

Figured out what was wrong with the weather:
-confused material type with material name and only got one right by accident
-now weather should work everywhere

Weird game bug caused tiny spots with voxels I never even defined in the file
->fixed that by slightly changing the biome map
-Also weather now slightly more common?

-decreased surface layer depth in some regions
-increased surface layer depth of red flats to 10 m
-added 3m ice sheet beneath red flats
