~ Made the CSS less cluttered by removing munophone extras. You can still hold down 0 to see all her compatabilities
~ Minor code optimizations on NSpec to make it less laggy hopefully, thanks Oligar
~ Removed some unused commented out code

Stats

+ Air Max Speed increased (5 -> 6)

Forward Special

- The spread now reflects on parry instead of putting Reimu into stun
+ Ofuda can now destroy Kragg rock

~ Fixed some weird drift multiplier bug

-Nspecial has been reworked to prevent desync. It is actually fixed now.

- DStrong middle hitbox base hitpause increased (4.5 -> 5.0)
- DStrong middle hitbox hitpause scaling increased (0.4 -> 0.5)
- DStrong middle hitbox BKB increased (7 -> 7.2)
- DStrong middle hitbox KBS increased (0.2 -> 0.9));

- Extra sound effect for redirecting the yinyang orb.

DAir:

- Hitbox size increased.

(Hopefully makes whats probably her worst aerial better.)

DStrong:

- Early hit KB scaling increased (0.9 -> 1.2)

- Late hit BKB increased (6 -> 7)

- Late hit KB scaling increased (0.5 -> 1.0)

- Middle hit angle changed (90 -> 270)

(This move felt pretty useless before, so hopefully this gives more incentive to use it. You can also spike with the middle hit now, if you manage to land it.)

UTilt:

- Increased the hitbox size on the first hit behind Reimu

- Slightly increased the size of the multihits, aside from the final hit

- First hitbox drift multiplier is now 0.001

(There were times where the move wouldn't link properly, hopefully this fixes it, and it should match the visual better too.)

FAir:

- Slightly increased the hitbox size on both the weak and strong hits

(It didn't match the visual entirely. It's pretty slight so it probably wont impact too much.)

BAir:

- moved the hitbox slightly more out

(It didn't match the visual entirely, but its also a pretty small adjustment so it likely wont effect things too much.)

UAir:

- slightly increased the hitbox size of both the early and late hits

(The hitbox was a bit too small, this should help a bit.)

NSpecial (Yin-Yang Orb):

- Increased hitbox size

(Should match the visual better.)

Taunt 2 (Bad Apple):

- Added angle flipper 8

- BKB increased (1 -> 3)

- KB scaling increased (0 -> 0.5)

(Congratulations memelords, you now have a really funny way to land a kill if you manage to actually land this.)

- Fixed a bug where alts on the CSS would have no shading
- Fixed a bug where dspecial's ofuda would sometimes have the wrong speed

DTilt

- Startup increased (5 -> 6)
- SFX should now line up properly with the visual

- Added a weak hitbox on her arm, just fixes a blindspot she had

NSpecial (Yin-Yang Orb):

- (Hopefully) fixed a bug where hitlag would rocket Reimu into the blastzone
- Time before the Yin-Yang can hit something after hitting something increased (40 -> 60)
- Time before the Yin-Yang can hit after hitting it increased (10 -> 25)
- Time before the Yin-Yang can be hit after being hit increased (30 -> 40)

DSpecial (Dragon-Slaying Seal):

- It is no longer possible to wobble on a platform
- Now has hitpause stall

- In a ditto, you are now able to detonate eachother's seals

- Linking hits are now untechable
