updated some things and added cancer, which is gained from smoking the captain's pipe too much and can be removed the same way as embedded objects

adjusted the surgery

adjusted crawler tooth sprite and removed med hud implant thing

adjusted stitching kit to fix it up

a couple sprites, currently a big wip but it should do for now, anesthetics shouldn't permanently stunlock people now, surgery should be working now
