adjusted diving knife, adjusted kitchenware tongs to hopefully not be spriteless, antibiotics can now fix septic wounds

next update will be cleaning up the code, getting a thumbnail, and traitor missions

after that i will make the first expansion pack for this

Tweezers have replaced the tongs as the surgical item for object management, but kitchenware tongs can be used for emergency surgery along with a diving knife. Be warned, this type of surgery should only be used in a pinch or if you are out of medical supplies, as this can easily kill you or your patient if improperly used.
