HOLY CRAP THE CHARACTER IS OUT!

-Added D-Special: Shock Zone
--Summons a large electricity field that looks like Clairen's Plasma Field but yellow. Also acts differently from Clairen's.
--Constantly hurts anyone inside except Kaleb for 1 damage every 30 frames (2 DPS). Doesn't deal any knockback, but every hit builds up a small amount of Paralysis.
--Cannot be parried becasue that would be stupid.
--The field lasts 15 seconds after initial use. Cooldown lasts an extra 5 seconds after that.
--Kaleb is invincible while his body is flashing.
--Using the move during the cooldown does the animation, but no field comes out.
-D-Tilt and D-Air have a been completely changed, inspired by the Parasol copy ability from Kirby.
-New D-Tilt is similar to old D-Air. Kaleb hops into the air and holds his Paralysol in front of him. A solid multi-hit that doesn't deal quite as much damage as old D-Air did.
-New D-Air can be compared to Sonic's or Sheik's D-Air in Smash Bros. Kaleb stops in place, hopping upward briefly, before plunging downward at an angle. This move spikes (angle 300) for the first 3 frames, then it has an angle of 361.
-dash_stop_time has been reduced from 8 to 6 to match with the base cast.
-N-Air now spins faster and makes two full cycles. Same damage and knockback, same startup lag, endlag reduced by 3 frames.
-N-Air now has hitboxes on every spinning frame rather than only on the four cardinal directions.
-All N-Air hitboxes are now in hitbox group -1 and have a hit lockout of 16 frames.
-F-Air back hitbox is wider.
-F-Air's big sourspot is slightly thinner.
-F-Air's three sweetspot hitboxes have been merged into one big hitbox. The hitbox now also extends slightly beyond the sprite.
-F-Special (Thunderwall now has Angle Flipper 3, which always causes horizaontal knockback to launch away from the center of the hitbox.
-Jab can still be cancelled, but you can no longer cancel immediately on hit.
--This is to prevent a bug from happening in which the new D-Tilt doesn't hop up during the attack.
-Various attacks have new or altered VFX on hit.
-Paralysis outline now changes color depending on Kaleb's alt.
-Due to the workshop now naturally supporting 32 alt colors, Muno's old macro is no longer needed. Unfortunately, this broke some other things, such as the palette names appearing in the character select screen, which sadly had to be removed as well.
--Munophone is safe tho.

-F-Air launch angle adjusted from 50 to 40
-F-Air base knockback adjusted from 6 to 5
-Max air speed reduced from 7 to 5
-max_jump_hsp reduced from 8 to 7
-U-Special (Rising Roundhouse) doesn't move as fast
-U-Special (Rising Roundhouse) sweetspot is more dangerous
--Damage increased from 7 to 8

-The HUD above Kaleb now moves up on certain moves to show the full sprite
-Sprites for U-Air have been slightly edited (does not change hitboxes).
-D-Special animation has been implemented, but the attack does nothing for now.
-Fighter Tips pages have been updated to better reflect the updates
--D-Special pages now have actual content.
-The patch note about Paralysis' revamp (in the Munophone) is now orange instead of yellow.
-Fixed a bug where N-Special's (Plasma Ball) firing animation had a random extra frame at the end.
-Kaleb's preview picture on the Workshop page has been updated.

-Due to technical difficulties, the "Divided, We Fall" palette has been removed. Looping messed with the shaders used for "Retro Vibes" and "[REDACTED]" due to the number of palettes not being a multiple of 16.
-Previous changes to U-Special (Rising Roundhouse) have been reverted
--Only the parasol hitbox causes Paralysis now
-Paralysis has been revamped, and now individual enemies have their own Paralysis timers.
--Due to how the new Paralysis is coded, the base cast of RoA currently cannot be Paralyzed.
--Moves now have unique Paralysis timers and can stack to make Paralysis last longer.
