Removed a comma in outpost.config.patch that caused patman's log to flood with errors when they killed outpost npcs

Npc files were looking for clothing that doesn't exist

Removed the items that are found in the starter treasure, and replaced it with the line:

{"pool" : "starterTreasure"},

Added Telly hats with faces
Fall guys faces
Full arm chest piece
Realistic armour sets
2 Poster
