-----Major Update-----

-Complete overhaul of Wallpaper settings menu (new layout and many more options)
-Added performance mode (reduced rain effects for better performance on low end systems)
-Added Seasonal events as an option (Xmas only for now) manually enabled or with automatic timing
-Added the ability to control audio reactivity on the lights inside the wallpaper
-Rain and snow control sliders
-Toggle for audio reactivity movement on snow
