LCD Update.

Additions

  • Static LCDs with News, Fleet Notices and a dedication Plaque for the ship.
  • Static Utility LCDs for ship name and Warning signs

Additions
  • Added a plasma cannon
  • Added a new Cargo array (Ceti Storage 320K)
  • New Lag shot armor section on the Ventral Haul

Fixes
  • Some minor texture fixes and updates
  • Fixed some holes in old lag shot armor
  • Fixed some signal logic that was overlooked

Upgrades
  • Thrust and maneuverability upgrades
  • The Tako'Enep'Ti can now maintain full speed and maneuverability in space & on a 1G planet FULLY LOADED without any impact!
