Fixed some a typo I left in the game datas.

Removed the "toolkit" BOONs that gave points in a lot of abilities, because it created some nonsensical items that had trouble being displayed on some resolutions. The previously generated items should still work, but no new items with those BOONs will be created.

Added "focused" BOONs that give 3 or 4 points in one single ability.

Added French localization for the few statuses added by the mod.

Fixed an issue with the Beast Master BOON that didn't spawn properly on weapons and shields.

Fixed an issue with Beast Master and Action Points boons not spawning correctly on weapons.

Fixed an issue with the Firebrand pants that never spawned.

Also changed the action points boons / curses that were too impactful as compared to the other boons / curses - now they only grant / remove 1 starting action point and 1 max action point.

Fixed a mistype in modifier probabilities (BOON modifiers appeared twice too often for Epic items on levels 9-15).

Added a +2 Polymorph to the Spider Legs BOON modifier (it was a bit too weak overall, so I thought that being able to memorize other polymorph skills with minimal investment was a nice compensation - I might still power it up in the future if people think it's too weak).
