Added various Generic sounds that either could not be looped properly for the official sounds or belong to incomplete tank collections, so it may be that some sound familiar to more known tanks.

-Shortened many existing sounds including their loops to make the filesize smaller.
-Added alternative sounds to certain tanks for when the normal ones do not suffice.
-Added the sounds for the Maus (the V1 maus used a DB 603 which is identical to the BF-109 engine, so i used the BF-109 as template for the sounds)
-Added better chieftain throttle but kept the old one in case you like that one more.

-Fixed Tiger yelling and clapping sounds.

-Finished and added Char B1 Bis sounds.
