-Localization fixes.

- Mark for Edit character interaction got modified.
- Mark Vassals, Mark Councillors, Mark Courtiers and Remove Mark for Edit character interactions got removed.
- A diplomatic range modifier got added to the modifiers menu.

- Fixed compatibility issues with Dynamic Trade Routes and any future mods.
- Fixed some of the raw text errors that show up on error.log. (Only test ones are left. That seems fair to me.)

- Version updated to the 1.7

- Added Stress to the Marked Characters Menu. You can now change the stress of characters.

- Increase Development Button added to main menu.
- More Marking options for Vassals, Councillors and Courtiers have been added.
- A broken icon on marked characters menu fixed.
