- Added Alliance button to Marked Characters Menu. If you use this option you would not be able to use the defensive negotiations perk from diplomacy lifestyle. (If you are going to use this, you are not gonna use that anyways :shrug:)

- Character Menu got updated. You now spawn every court position with excellent aptitude.

- Culture Menu got updated. Culture are now grouped under their heritage, also they have tooltips that show their tradition etc. now.

-Fixed max_personal_schemes modifier not working.

- Added a List button to Artifacts Menu. That will list artifact's of marked characters. You can take the artifact, destroy it, or edit it's description.

- Added two new modifiers to the Modifiers Menu that increase Men-at-Arms cap and Men-at-Arms limit.

- Reworked the Modifiers Menu, so that it will not cause any desyncs on multiplayer.
