Fixed not being able to resume carving a bow stave. Fixed not seeing a progress bar on a bow stave tooltip. Fixed a custom tooltip's background not looking right.

Fixed some arrows being called "Arrow 1". Fixed being able to glichedly remove arrow parts with a screwdriver. Fixed some arrows having negative weight.

Fixed a glitch with multiple arrows in a zombie. Fixed not being able to shoot glitched arrows. Fixed not being unable to unload glitched bows. Renamed some arrows to "Arrow 1".

Prevented a recipe from saying "you should not see this". Changed tooltips to say "increases accuracy" instead of "halves inaccuracy".

Removed 3 recipes that were duplicates of intended recipes but had incorrect items as products. Added distinguishing arrows that are and are not broken to modular arrow actions. Added snapping broken arrows into twigs. Fixed the chance of an arrow breaking in a zombie being made much higher instead of lower.

Fixed some recipes. Some items were not included in recipes that should have been. Fixed two items saying you should not see them, when in reality it is okay for you to see them.

Tried fixing sometimes failing to place the arrow's world item. Fixed an error if the item fails to be placed.

Fixed starting a new character with 420 or so useless arrow bases instead of useable arrows. Fixed tooltips showing the attachment names.
