Fixed arrows not being visibly attached to zombies. Made some code changes to make this less glitchy on multiplayer.

Fixed arrow shaft condition always having a full green bar. Changed to use the current game's weapon attachment system so that an extra arrow model is not needed because it can use the same model in the specified attachment position and orientation on the bow.

Fixed a glitch with the rack button, which was noticed after yours truly found out there was a rack button. Fixed testing recipes being included.
