Removed PIR
Added Lifeline revive
Removed some dependencies (IFA, US Gear etc) and reverted to using FOW units and weapons (Less dependencies = less maintanance in the future)

Have not tested to play it through more than starting the missions so there might be bugs I'm not aware of. Not sure if MP will work.
