Made flood alarm less annoying (hopefully!). Fixed #2 gun light. Fixed fire extinguisher bracket behind the seed cabinet not being hidden.

Accidentally left the reactor meltdown timer at 12 seconds. It's now back to 30.

Added a planter and watering can to the crew quarters. Slight redesign of the fabrication room to include a seed cabinet. Added a seed bag and one Pomegrenade seed to the new seed cabinet. Moved the #5 spotlight forward. Added crate racks to the medbay and lower dive prep. Added custom alarms. BWEEWOO.
