finally managed to update the steam version sorry for the troubles.
so now fixed
- no intial flooding of the harbour area
- corrected some concrete railpillar position to actually cover the steelframe one to protect them from water
- fixed some minor glitches

that update thing was a though one...

Map is updated and should no longer have a little tsunami hit the harbour area at the start of the game.
also fixed some minor stuff like concrete encasements for rail pillars close to water.
