Removed props that were hurting performance, removed the killer dumpsters, fixed glitchy hiding spot inside the gas truck, and fixed a spot where a clipboard could get under the grass/streets.

Fixed teleport barrier on one of the buildings so you don't get teleported for no reason.

Fixed Spawn issues if becoming the giant horse in prop hunt.
