Added Fine Zuban Cigars from Futurama but functionally it's a copy of Montecristo Cuban Cigars Edmundo in size. Gives AOE Nicotine Buff and Debuff in an area replicating that of actual cigar smokers.

Fixed 100s not appearing in multiplayer campaign by updating 100s to not be mediumitem, they are now small item sized because they can't be stored on chemical containers in multiplayer campaign when they're too big (medium). I hope I remember this when updating future bigger smoking things.

Added 100s to the cigarette list and a new brand named "Benges and Headsons", spawns their own pack of 12 100mm cigarettes that lasts longer, are more expensive and looks golden.

Minor change to Marijuana highs to add a small bit of chromatic abberation at peak high of 121%.

Added disclaimer on the packs themselves to warn players it doesn't work in multiplayer, on top of that. The packs are craftable by a fabricator. 15 Mechanical and one plastic for the old package, and 35 mechanical and 2 plastic for the new package.

Fixed the Campaign bug where you weren't able to access purchased cigarettes/packages, due to container mislabelling. You are now able to buy cigarette and packs, buying old packs should fill X and buying new packs should fill 12 cigarettes only. Old pack has a chance of filling it with weed. Also all cigarettes, weed and tobacco should go into the chemical container and is labelled as "misc"

Smoke.png should be properly used now. Getting rid of the pop up red error.
