New suppression sounds
New breathing sounds
New ambient sounds for Zeus:
1) Heavy firefight
2) Firefight inside compound/house etc
3) Thunder strikes
4) Vehicle firefight
5) Russian/English radio chatter

New grenade throw and bouncing sounds
New hit sound effects
Performance updates
New settings
Mod and settings now fully work on dedicated servers
