Updated fingers' rotation in reference pose animation

Adjusted all of the fingers' bones (male & female) so that they go in outwards, and inwards properly.

Tweaked the female citizen's physics, the z-axis value was increased on the right and left thigh, instead of being -30 now it's -117 (similar mobility as to the male's physics)

Corrected a NormalMap path in the male's tongue's .VMT
