Main mod added almost all of the rivers
Used 1.1 map/river provinces for ease of update

-Fixed a bunch of bugs
-Added patricians vassals to all the new merchant republics.
-Took the main forks idea for Chicago a step further. Split Chicago into 3 counties. Chicago (urban core), DuPage (North Outskirts), and Will (South Outskirts). Should make Calumet a powerful duchy (as it should be) compared to its pathetic state before. Thank you PrinceofCincinnati for the idea and help with Chicago's geography.

Added Susquehanna, Deleware, Athabasca, and Peace Rivers.

Added a few rivers and canals
-Ottawa and parts of the Fraser river
-Rideau and Erie canal

Removed need to go into mod file to enable subscriber download
