- Reduced recharged rate for Lion Rampant to 15 seconds
- Lion Rampant now only recharges outside of combat

Added two passive abilities:
Lion Leaping: +15 MD on charging for 25 seconds
Lion Rampant: +10 MD/-10 MA when losing a fight while leadership is high
