Adjusted 'Silent Running' lights logicto be simpler, *should* fix lights getting inverted if round is ended with 'silent running' active. Added auto-close function to lower hatch.

Fixed Hatch Wifi Channel so Hatch no longer has a seizure. Added underside hatch to aft Ballast tank below main airlock.
