Update to include catching the special scripted events for the end of the Spanish Civil War

Mainly a GUI update in order to make the "Request Peace" part more easy to understand

Just a very minor update.

Discovered an error where you could increase points available by combining Annex and Take State and then deselecting. Think I fixed that.

And a small tweak to better set the war type of wars not declared "through" the engine
