Rarity: Epic (Starting)
Create icy ground on 3 random enemy tiles that deals 5 dmg and applies Frost.

- Structure HP: 2 -> 3

Hellfire
- Mana cost: 2 -> 1
Instead of upping its damage, its efficiency has been increased instead.

Hidden Power
- Now has a small chance to give -1 to a stat.

Power Ring
- Mana cost: 2 -> 1

- Number of shots: 8 -> 6
- Damage: 15 -> 20

Adaptive Saffron
- Field Bracer v2:
* Cast delay: 0.2 -> 0.1
* (Frost) Now only applies Frost on the 3rd hit

BH Gunner
- M3 Triwing
* Bonuses reworked:
** For every +4 Atk Dmg, 20% to fire a bomb at a random enemy tile, dealing dmg in a cross. (Capped at +20)
Adding Defense piercing to weapons has changed Atk Dmg balance. BH Gunner should no longer need the huge buffs he did before, but it's kept some of its power.

Heavy Gunner
- M5 Torrent
* Cooldown: 0.6 -> 0.3
* Cast delay: 0.6 -> 0.3
** Root duration is unchanged
The delay was way too slow and has been buffed.

Shove Celicy
- Reworked. Renamed to "Hazard".
- Mana regen: 0.5 -> 0.45
- Weapon changed to "Dash Slam":
Mana Cost: 1
Damage: 30
Cooldown: 0.3
Description:
Dash to deal dmg to adjacent enemies and push them away from you.
- Starting spells adjusted:
* Ice Spikes -> Knock Down
* Upwind -> Spike Strip
- Starting artifact changed:
* Roller Blades -> Permafrost

Disaster Terra
- Terrarize
* Damage: 40 -> 30
- Starting spells adjusted:
* Ember -> Pekay Fire

Balance changes
Hellfire:
- Damage: 80 -> 60
- No longer hits enemy tiles twice
- Now deals double dmg to enemies

Miscellaneous
- Removed "vanilla" versions of Hellfire, Step Slash, and Focus for boss Saffron

It turns out boss Saffron uses the modified spells even if you remove the tag. Until I decide to use more advanced modding to change the boss fight, Hellfire has been rebalanced.
