-Space police no longer damages villagers.
-Fixed a slight incompatibility with the "Project Redemption" mod, but they're going to keep being incompatible as they do the same thing.

-Reduced conversation list, was too big for an NPC you don't talk to too much.
-Made coptoppolice and megapolice use spacepolice as a base and reduced filesize.

-Fixed Police not using one of the outfit types.
-Police now spawn with a secondary broadsword.
-Police can now spawn with riot shields and Neo weapons.
