marine recon added

had to update the mod, There were some units not appearing for some reason. Also the game GC2020 file has changed, probably with the update. I made the necessary adjustments. only change is recon units default strength is now 30.

US navy SEALs were not appearing along with several others. I fixed this. Not sure why this happened. I had create all new units with new numbers. So I believe the issues have been addressed.
