1.1.6:
- Changed displayed resources to display per Cycle instead of per Min.
- Adjusted the Flavor text for specializations to look cleaner.
- Fixed a small bug that would prevent the perm install bonus from being applied.
- Removed the perm install color change to the resource numbers so they stay color-coded with the material color.
- Changed the way perks are calculated so they should be more randomized. This may change the perks on existing modules in the game.

- Buffed Refinery Bay's drop chance. I removed the 4 scripts which were balanced. This reduced the single scripts drop rate. This should be fixed now.
- Improved lower rarity item stacking.

- Created a new SDKRefineryBay.lua.
- Removed all old Refinery Bay Scripts. Old Bays will continue to function but no new drops using the old scripts will spawn in games.
- Improved the Layout of the System Upgrade to be easier to understand.

- Updated Perk Rolls and changes to provide more Specialized drops.
- Buffed almost all the specialized perks.
- Rebalanced the cost of the additional perks. (Needs feedback from users)
