-fixed spine1 bone being incorrectly parented and not made use of resulting in torso squishing and losing length
-fixed right hand bone having bad definebone rotation fixup data
-removed scaled anims (changed leg ikchains to use fake duplicate leg bones)
-removed ik in legs
