Halved the Eating speed on the raptor to make eating more useful to regain health.

Added Vondessraptor egg stages for balanced growing of the pet. Added whistle for pet that can re-call the creature every 12 min

Re-Tweaked the healing factor and AI to attack weaker enemies like the crawlers. Not tested.
