-Loaded correct .BSP now (See previous update changes)

<CHANGES> (As if anyone cared)
-Added more props to give more cover and to help reach many places without a boost
-Added clips to prevent bots and player from getting stuck outside the level if boosted or while playing flying scoutsman.

-Turned me being lazy and not checking out of bounds boost spots into a feature (see previous change). You are now expected to be able to get atop any wall in the map.

-Added a lovely tree prop and floor to a spot that droped you into the V O I D. Also added a ladder for when you inevitably get stuck in there.

-Completely redid the lighting of the level (used an env. light instead of my previous janky solution)

-Added cube map reflections (very janky implementation, dont pay attention to it)

-Compiled the map with the final HDR+LDR setting (it looks better now)

-Updated radar to correspond with new changes

And most importantly:
-Learned a lot of stuff doing this
