Added a fully playable Democratic focus branch for France.(left and right)
Rebellion Tree (Post-Defeat)

If France is defeated and puppeted by Germany, a brand-new Rebellion branch unlocks.

Four ideological uprising routes:

Restore the FiFTH Republic
Military Revolt
Restore the Monarchy
Vanguardist Rebellion (radical mobilization outside communism)


Bug Fixes

Fix empty french empire national spirit-fixed
Fix french empire delete troop when open game-cant fix but we add a lot of factory to french empire

Update fixe :

- fixed all states the mod run
- updated some events

- fixes states and strategic regions (doesn't run still)
