Included Forsaken Lore in the default setup to avoid further issues

- Monster bag changed to random by default
- Shuffles all decks during setup
- Shuffles clue and gate bags after setup (waits for expansion tokens to be added)
- Stocks reserve on setup
- Added function and button for automatically spawning a clue. Will work with side board as long as they aren't rotated
- Added function button for automatically spawning a gate (with random monster added). Will work with side board as long as they aren't rotated
- Appropriate number of clues and gates are spawned during setup (based on original reference cards)
- Allow manual 'number of players' to be selected in setup instead of automatic detection (necessary for correct reference card and gate/clue spawning)
