Latest batch of fixes by BanterClaus:

- Fixed issue where turning off expansions including personal stories would uncheck the personal story and prelude boxes but not turn them off
- Corrected 'Tonny Morgan' misspelling on Tony Morgan's personal story and reward/consequence

Another bunch of improvements thanks to BanterClaus:

- Added option to include personal stories in setup
- Personal stories automatically taken in investigator setup
- Initial expedition will automatically spawn
- Expedition token will automatically move to top card of expedition deck

- Fixed mythos deck building to not randomly miss out some cards.
- Amended mythos builder to notify players if insufficient expansions/difficulties are selected
- Research and Mystery decks are now shuffled at start
- Research deck now correctly filters FL cards out if expansion not selected (this only leaves 8 research cards per base
ancient one so including FL is highly recommended for these
- Spell deck now correctly filters FL cards out if expansion not selected
